GHAZIABAD A temple will be constructed very soon, the Uttar Pradesh chief minister, Mr. Kalyan Singh has said.

He was speaking at a function after laying the foundation stone of a hospital here.

Earlier, speaking at a rally, he criticized the central government for not cooperating with the state government in maintaining the balance of payments.

The planning commission recommended a loan of seven 787 crore rupees for the state, but the center did not considerate even after three months, the chief minister all edged.

He was accompanied by the BUP leader and state revenue minister, Mr. Baleswar Tyagi.

About law and order situation in the state, he said he was getting regular threats, but criminals, kidnappers, and communal forces would not be allowed to function.
