In India, interreligious clashes, especially Hindu Muslim riots; Started only after the coming of Gandhi from South Africa, says the author.
Recently ProfiM.K.Sanu, a noted writer in Kerala, says in his book: *Matrubhumi” that Gandhi started the communal riots in Indian politics (Mathrubhumi Jan.3,1993), Before Gandhi’s entry into India, there were lot of Clashes among Muslim kings and Hindu kings. But it was not in the name of religion. It was just for their domination. ‘There was any number of clashes between Hindi sand Buddhists and between Shaiva and Vaishnava religions. But there were no clashes between Hindus and Muslims.
If this was the fact why Gandhi talked about “Hindu Muslim communal harmony?” If we suffer from no disease why should we take medicine?
Gandhi was talking about an enemy which was not in existence. Only after his repeated call for harmony Hindu Muslim communal riots started and it is going on even to this day.
Gandhi did not talk about secularism but communal harmony. Why? This is another question. Before Gandhi came into Indian politics and even after that lots of caste conflicts took place. It is going on today also, but the people do not talk about the “caste harmony.” We should think about Gandhi’s mischief.
The Kerala State Congress Party had asked for adult franchise and self govt. in 1938 from the Maharaja of Travancore. It also demanded the suspension of the cruel Diwan, Sir C.P.Ramaswamy lyer, and an inquiry against him, the people started agitation on these demands; The Brahmin Diwan had sought Gandhi’s help to seek the withdrawal of the agitation. Gandhi did it with pleasure, Here; we can see the crooked mind of Gandhi. The Diwan’s demand was to withdraw only the allegations against him, But Gandhi suspended everything 1c, the demand for adult franchise and for self govt. and the Complaint against the Diwan.
If the Dravidas (untouchables) and Christians and others were to get the night to vote, they would become the rulers, Gandhi knew it and that was why he sabotaged their movement. That means he opposed the demand of the indigenous Indians and helped the Aryan invaders.
The people should know all this truth. So we have to translate this book into English. Then only the people living outside of Kerala and India will know the truth.
