WASHINGTON: Housing Secretary Jack Kemp and other Republican leaders on Tuesday formed a political advocacy group to represent what they call progressive conservatism in America. Al a news conference, Kemp said the organization will aim for “populist politics, progressive conservatism, inclusive Lincoln like economic and social policy.”
