NEW YORK NY: Vijaynanda Sharma a notorious landlord of Indian origin was inadvertently released from custody after he posted $20,000 bail in a New Jersey court on Sept 16 and is believed to be a fugitive again.
The 41 year old expatriate who authorities call Los Angeles worst landlord was captured last week by F.B.I. agents, He disappeared in January while on bail pending sentencing in Los Angeles for more than 100 housing code violations. Sharma failed to appear on a New Jersey courtroom on Sept 19 for an extradition hearing.
