FISHKILL: On Sunday, July 26 and Saturday August |, the 4th Annual Sikh Games were held in Fishkill and Pough kippse New York. There Were both team and individual events during the two day competition, the games were hosted by the Mid-Hudson Sikh Cultural Society and featured competitors representing Gurudwara from New Jersey to Boston. Winners were given trophies in the various events, such as Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Kabadi and Track and Field. At the conclusion of the second day of the games there was a Sikh cultural program, which consisted of Bhangara and Ghiddha competition.
