NEW DELHI, India Former President, Zail Singh has stated that he has not written any article or given any statement or interview on the Punjab. Problem He was reacting to the publication in the Jullundur based daily Ajit. An article attributed to him in which he among other things, said to having organized the Dal Khalsa originally. Zail Singh said fabrication was quite obvious and it was a part of the conspiracy aimed at involving him in the Punjab problem.
