Washington, D.C. — The Secretary General has informed World Sikh News through a communication that the World Sikh Organization General Assembly Session for 1985 will be held at Washington, D.C. from 1517 Nov., 1985. According to the circular letter all delegates are requested to attend the session. The delegates should come prepared to extend their stay on 18th Nov., 1985, if so required to complete the business.
The nearest airport is Washington National. Washington (Dallas) is approximately ten miles out of the town. The delegates are requested to intimate the sectt. Their date and time of arrival and likely departure by Oct. 15, 1985 at the latest. The necessary forms may please be filled in and submitted to reach this office by Oct. 15, 1985. Arrangements may not be satisfactory if the forms are received late.
All Delegates are requested to submit a one or two pages Report in writing about their achievements, difficulties experienced and the future course of action to be adopted by WSO to achieve our goals. The Reports must reach the sectt. By Nov. 1, so that a summary can be prepared for discussion in the Session. It may not is possible to attend to reports reaching late.
No unauthorized visitor except the Founder members and special invitees will be allowed to attend the Session as observers. Arrangements for site seeing around Washington can be made, if so required.
