LONDON-The 199% World Sikh Convention was organized by the European chapter of the Council of Khalistan (overseas of the Panthic Committees) and co-sponsored by Sikh human Rights Internet. The first day of this two day event was attended by delegates bas on closed Resolutions were proposed and discussed. The for lowing day in the open sessions the Resolves were formally adopted by the Convention in the Sikh Homan Magi’s Internet session the Guest Speakers included Mr Johan Watts MP (Conservative Party) Mr John Speller MP (Labor Party) and Chairman of the Punjab Sub-Commines of the Parliamentary Human Rights Group and Mr. Dan Jones Head of British Section Amnesty International.
Ms. Kashmir Singh father of Harjit Singh who was arrested by police in Amritsar April 1992. and has since “disappeared” was invited from the Punjab by Amnesty International on a world-wide tour and gave his testimony regarding the disappearance of his A .S. Khera Press Secretary London U.K.
