MOSCOW: A man arrested by police has admitted killing 11 teenagers in a six year spree of sexual assault mutilation and torture authorities said Oct.27.
It was the latest series of grisly slayings to shock Russians. Earlier this month Andrei Chikatilo was convicted in Rostov-on-Don of murdering 52 boys girls and women some of them mutilated and cannibalized.
