I am writing in reference to the news item regarding responsibility of S. Harminder Singh Sandhu’s assassination (WSN 2/2/90 p. 4 Punjabi Sec). It is very likely that government provocateurs are actually responsible for the heinous crime and claimed responsibility on behalf of KCF, KLF, AISSF and Babbar Khalsa to defame these bodies. Harminder Singh has been accused of being a government agent by the bodies claiming responsibility for his assassination; could we please have the proof of his guilt, or we he presumed guilty without ever getting a chance to establish his innocence?
