A change in policy makers, policies, strategies, priorities etc., will not deliver the goods. It is the honest and sincere Policy executors who matter. The corrupt, inefficient, and expert in humoring politicians are now ruling and the honest efficient and patriotic are suffering. Till this is changed, nothing will happen.
Useless schemes must be immediately scrapped and the money set aside for them used for village uplift.
