LOS ANGELES: The acting president of WSO-USA, S. Lakhbir Singh Chima, has called a National Council meeting at New York on February 15, 1986. The meeting will take place at the Sikh Cultural Society, 95-30 118th Street, Richmond Hill, New York = 11419, The following agenda will be discussed.

  1. Election of New President.
  2. Review of National Constitution.
  3. Filling of vacancies on the National Council.
  4. Commitment from National Council Members to become life members of the WSO.
  5. Minimum attendance requirements for the WSO—USA National Council Members.
  6. Progress Report on various WSO Projects.
  7. Location of WSO National office.
  8. WSO-USA financial report and its commitment to Sikh News.
  9. Any other item approved by the majority of the National Council Members.

The governing council of WSO (International) has been invited to send a representative to attend the meeting. In a separate communication addressed to the council members, S. Lakhbir Singh Chima has warned of a disciplinary action against a member who will attend the meeting called by S. Ganga Singh at Houston on the same date.
