NEW DELHI (PTI): Two private U.S. companies have agreed to set up a 2000 MW power generation plant at Dabhol about 250 km south of Bombay in western Indian coastal state of Maharashtra with foreign investment of two billion dollars official sources said here June 22.
They said the feedstock for the plant liquid natural gas would be imported by the companies. The plant is scheduled to be completed by December 1995.
