JAMMU,AUG.3(PTI): An exchange of fire between Indian and Pakistan forces took place in the border districts of Poonch and Rajouri on the Line of Control Monday night, official reports here said. The reports said trouble began in the Sawjian sector when Indian troops challenged some militants in the Kobra area of Poonch district Pakistani troops opened fire at eight places in the border distinct of Poonch and Rajouri. The reports added that the exchange of fire started wen Kashmir militants buying to escape from India were attacked by an Indian patrol on the border. This prompted the Pakistani security forces to retaliate.
