CHANDIGARH: The Atali Dal (Mann) has said that K.P.S.Gill has been brought back as Di- rector- General of Punjab Police to ring the forthcoming elections in favor of Congress (I), In a statement, the party’s secretary, Amritpal Singh Nakai, said that the earlier tenure of Gill was a total failure and the situation deteriorated.
