Sir,
I would like to make a few suggestions to the Sikh leadership in the west.
- Give credit to everyone who speaks about Sikh rights.
- Never declare anyone else as Government agent. Who knows who is?
- To call any body as agent is impossible without having a definite proof. Any person with little sense can never become an agent against his own kith and kin, only a fool can.
4, Appreciate everybody for his efforts big or small at any level, the modes of action may differ from yours.
- Never use the word I. I am doing this, I have done this, say we are doing this, we have done this. No one person can do everything for the whole nation. Shed egoism this destroys self in the long run.
- Do not expect everybody only to work according to one man’s direction.
- No one man thinking only one direction can win the war of this magnitude. The war is with the vast majority of Hindus whose motive is to irradiate all other faiths in India to change it to Hindu, Hindi and Hindustan. The present rulers are capable of diving down to the lowest level of moral code as they do not believe in any.
- Have a think tank at state, zonal, country and international level. They should remain out of sight, silent workers with love and wisdom for the Sikh nation.
- Divide the work force for different types of work: international relations. National relations. Interreligious relations. Publicity. Coordination of all the Sikh organizations. Try to convince those who. still playing in the hands of our enemies even at this crucial time.
- Production of real Sikh literature for the general population and for our own next generation leadership.
- Social get together of families, different age group children to know each other for future relationships.
- Start at once to devise modes for marriageable age children under this new changed environment and times.
- Appreciate the leadership at all levels and pay them due respect. They are fighting for a cause which is to save Sikhism, request them to change themselves to the Sikh code of conduct being leaders of a versatile Sikh community they represent. Officer in the military always has to have his stars or crowns or bands around the turban or the cap for their distinction from other ranks. We have to have our coded signs in order to show what we are and for what we are fighting for.
Finally for God’s sake and for the sake of Sikh Nation stop pulling each other’s legs and talking bad, this is not helping our cause and will never in future. Everybody has the same goal to have our own independent country without which we can never survive.
And for God’s sake stop talking about caste among the Sikhs, our Guru’s never wanted it, we are only Sikhs and nothing else. Sons and daughters of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Mata Sahib Kaur Ji residents of Anandpur Sahib being the birth place of the Khalsa. Therefore all are brothers and sisters of the vast family.
