Deeply share the sorrow and mourn the deaths in the earthquake which shook the entire Bay Area on October 17,
- These organizations make an humble appeal to all Sikh institutions and the community to extend every possible help to the earthquake victims.
The World Sikh Organization also appeals to the Sikh Community to contribute liberally to the relief fund through the Red Gross Society with intimation is the World Sikh News, which has been requested to coordinate relief work.
The checks should be written to “Northern California Earthquake Relief Fund” and may be sent to your local office of the Red Cross Society. The following institutions and individuals have already sent in contributions.
