Membership : Every adult person shall be qualified to be a member of the PHRO, if he she is in agreement with its Constitution and accepts the rules and regulations. No office bearer of any political party (of India) shall be admitted to the membership of the organisation or any of its branches. And no member of any political party (of India) shall be eligible to be an office bearer of the PHRO or any branch thereof.
