THIS is no time for mincing words or underplaying j the menace called Rajiv, Buta Singh, and Co. Either we master the menace or nemesis overtakes the nation. That is the grim choice that faces us. The defenses of the nation are weak and we are racing against time.

The fatal conditions of 1975 have duplicated themselves. We have in office a government more corrupt than any in the history of post-independence India. More and more damning evidence of corruption keeps coming and it cannot be suppressed or wished away. The personal guilt of the Prime Minister stands proved beyond doubt. His prevarications, falsehoods, deliberate attempts to prevent discovery of truth and failure to take obvious steps which would bring it out, add to the weight of the conclusively incriminating evidence.
