LUDHIANA: Satish Thapar chairman Thapar Agro Industries Limited who was kidnapped by armed militants Wednesday was released Thursday night.
He was whisked away while returning home from his factory in Jugiana near here Thapar also received some injuries on one of his arms when the militants forced him into a car
Some leading industrialists and political leaders who met the Punjab governor Gen O P Malhotra here Thursday had expressed grave concern at the kidnapping of Thapar.
