Chandigarh: Haryana Akali Dal Leader Mr. Kartar Singh Takkar and four other leading workers of Akali master Tara Singh group have joined the Akali Dal group lead by Mr. Surjeet Singh Barnala. Mr. Takhar particularly and Akali Dal Master Tara Singh group in General are supposed to be on the Congress side.
