SIRSA: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal said with emphasis here, last week, that before the next general elections the SYL canal would be completed at any cost agent’s water would reach fields in the state.
He said that his government has made provisions for loans of Rs one lakh without my security to every educated unemployed youth for establishing their own Indus trial units which will be permanently transferred in the name of respective owners after they hear the loan.
