NEW DELHI: Sweden has abolished all quotas for textiles and garments that would take effect from August 11-991.
Par Kettis Swedish ambassador in India said this when he called on Dr Subramanian Swamy minister of commerce.
Sweden is the first country to unilaterally abolish quotas without waiting for the outcome of the Uruguay round
