SHARJAH: Pakistan captain Imran Khan said that both India and Pakistan should sort out their differences on the sports field rather than on the battlefield.

Addressing a press conference during the final of Australasia cup cricket final Imran reissued his earlier statement, for which he said he was misunderstood.

Imran said: “India and Pakistan ought to sort out their differences on the sports field rather than waste precious resources on the battlefield.”

Regarding his project to build a cancer hospital in Pakistan, Imran Khan said that as of now an amount of one billion Pakistan rupees had been collected.

The Pakistan skipper hopes to build the hospital in Lahore in the memory of his mother.
