GULBARGA (KARNATAKA)-The Samajwadi Janata party may offer support to the Congress-I in the formation of the 10th Indian parliament after the current elections in case no party gets a majority or if there is a hung parliament deputy Prime Minister Devi Lal said here Wednesday.
He however ruled out any truck with the BJP which he alleged was a party ‘worshipping Laxmi in the name of Rama’.
The deputy prime minister who is on an election tour of Kamataka criticized the Congress-I and the BJP for spending ‘huge amounts’ of money on campaigning.
Addressing a meeting here he said if his party came to power it would remove the anti-defection law.
