NEW DELHE: Scientists assisting the Special Investigation Team (SIT), probing the bomb blast outside the Indian Youth Congress (IYO) office on Sept.11, have collected vital clues regarding the manner and mechanism of the explosion.
Their findings also brought forth evidence of Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) involvement. The Punjab police chief’s claim about the involvement of Kulvinder Singh alias Kewal, the KLF militant who committed suicide near Surat on Sept.22, further substantiates this conclusion.
