Dear Sir:
Twice in as many years Sikhs in Punjab first by participating in December 1989 in the Electoral process (voting 68%) and secondly by not participating in the Electoral process (voting 21.8%) have soundly and irrevocably terminated the loose relationship with India which has existed since August 15 1947 as they never accepted and accepted and signed the present Indian Constitution. Let my people go P.M. Rao and help restore peace and normalcy in the sub-continent.
