Dear Editor,
May I wish my countrymen a very Happy, Prosperous & Productive 1995. I also wish to propose that in year 1999, to celebrate the birth of Khalsa, we should enter a float in the i Rose parade. 450 million people watch the Rose Parade, it would be worth the effort to promote our cause. Our Gurus gave us noble principles and virtues to live by. Ninth Guru died protecting the right of Hindus to wear a Ginue. To live with our principles we must side the oppressed and righteousness. I recommend should protest non-violently the injustices carried on by our friend or foes, i.e., Russia versus Chichnya, Europe versus Bosnia, India versus non-Hindu states. Bombard your local news papers, legislatures, and embassies with letters protesting the acts of the aggressors. We should also never waiver from the theme that we are one of the scattered minorities and a homeland is must for us to protect our culture, religion, Economics and the way of life.
