AMRITSAR: The Panthic Committee associated with Baba Gurbachan Singh Manochahal and others have revealed that Sikh youths detained in Punjab and elsewhere in the country were being drugged in a planned manner.
The committee in a statement Said that drugs were being smuggled in and were being given to Sikh youths so that the concept of Khalistan was banished from their minds.
The youths the committee further added were being tortured in jails on a require basis.
