South all (England) POLICE are still searching for witnesses to the hit and run reach in which a father died as he waited to wave off his newly married son,
Gurman Gil67was standing in the wedding group in Lady Margaret Road on February 9 at 6:30pm when he was hit by the cat.
Mr Gill was rushed to Ealing Hospital but died from multiple injuries. He had head wounds and a broken left arm and leg.
He had a wife and six children.
Last week his daughter Amarjit Gill31said: “We do not want revenge bit we are very hurt that he did not stop Every time I think of my father I wander why get did not stop.”
Police believe the car to be a Mark III Ford Escort W to C registered off white or grey. It could have damage to the front nearside wing the bonnet the bumper and a crack in the wind screen,
They are asking people to look for cars them normally see in their Surjeet that fit the description to see if they are damaged or may not have been around since the accident,
Garages are also asked to be on the lookout for a car fitting the description that may have been brought in for repairs.
