Both bad been booked by the police under 3 criminal case registered against them on December 27 last when Gumam Singh, a local landlord died reportedly during scuffle with them.
The District and sessions judge Amarbir Singh Gill, fixed the new date on Wednesday as district Attomey and public prosecutor Mr. PD. Sharma moved an application in the court requesting for more time on the plea that he was yet to get the medical report about Gurnam Singh’s death.
AS per the court’s earlier directive, both the accused would be on interim bail till further orders.
