SACRAMENTO: The President of the World Sikh Organisation S Gurcharan Singh Dhillon said the death of any human being was sad.
He added that the state of affairs created by the rulers themselves was to blame for this assassination. The extrajudicial powers given to the police and other agencies to spread state terrorism and to silence all dissent had become too much for the rulers to handle.
