An SGPC spokesman said here that the first award would be presented to H.S. Bhanwer, Amritsar based correspondent of “The Tribune” group in appreciation of his “bold” stories on Punjab and his book “Diary De Panne” (Pages of a Diary), a day-to-day account of Operation Bluestar.
