LONDON: Security arrangements for the Indian High Commissioner, L.M.Singhvi, and the Assistant High Commissioner in Birmingham, R. Chandrashekhar, have been tightened, following reports of serious threats to their lives from militant.
Singhvi has been provided with a bullet proof ear and a special security officer has been deputed to co-ordinate his personal security, sources here said.
