New Delhi — Satwant Singh and two other accused in the Indira Gandhi assassination case on Friday moved an application in the court of the Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Mr. S. L. Khanna, Challenging their detention in solitary confinement.
Besides the 21-year-old Satwant, sub inspector Balbir Singh of the late prime minister’s security and Kehar Singh, government employee, said that their solitary confinement was illegal.
