LIVINGSTON Ca : Harnek Singh Gill of San Jose died on the spot when his car went out of control and hit a cement concrete post. Virdi a passenger was seriously hurt. Harinek Singh was on his way to San Jose after purchasing the car from _ Merced. He did not have a license but had a permit to drive with a co-driver.
