CANADA: A man who killed two people and crippled a third during a courtroom shoot up was in a blind rage and probably didn’t plan it, a psychiatrist testified recently. Samra was drinking heavily, was in deep financial debt and was asked on the morning of the killings for a divorce by his wife, court heard. “I have no doubt he was in some altered state of consciousness,” Cooper told ‘the Ontario Court, general division jury.
