A judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Mehar Singh approached the court to direct the Chandigarh administration not to construct toilets for the security- men in the neighborhood.

The construction of the toilets. The petitioner said that on July1 6 an officer came with some workers and started building the toilets ‘opposite his house. He refused to show the order by which he was constructing the toilets.
Muslims in the Valley want to form a separate State outside India. Is it because they are Muslims? What about people in Assam? They are Hindus. Sometimes we do not look at a situation politically and it becomes grave.
