JALANDHAR: The Indian intelligence service Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) was behind the murder of Major P.S. Ghuman who was shot dead here recently, a statement issued by Rajinder Singh Mehta and Amarjit Singh Chawla the president and secretary of the AISSF said here.
