NEN YORK: The hearing in extradition case against Ranjit Singh Gill and Sukhminder Singh Sandhu has been fixed for August 24, 1987. The two were arrested by the F.B.I. from a gas station in New Jersey. A special team of C.B.I. officials and attorneys from India has already reached New York to pursue the case. US. Sikhs, it is learnt, are deeply concerned at the harassment of Sikh young men on the basis of. Trumped up charges by the Indian police and intelligence agencies, Sikhs in large numbers are likely to reach the court to express their solidarity with the two young men.
