LUDHIANA, Punjab, India: S, Ranjit Singh Talwandi, son of S. Jagdey Singh Talwandi, was again arrested immediately after his release on bail by a court at Ludhiana. This process of granting bail to Ranjit Singh by the courts and immediate re-arrest every time, has been going on since June 15, every time, when the courts grant him bail, the police ‘comes out with new charges. This case clearly shows how Jaw is being subverted by the law enforcing agencies in the State.
