Sir,

I read in your newspaper that Dr. Gurdial Singh “Ful”, professor of Panjabi at Kh. College, Amritsar has passed away. He was an untiring individual who always found time to write in Panjabi in spite of his busy teaching schedule.

In his life time, he developed Panjabi drama and brought it up to modern stage. It is well known that Panjabi language in richest in vocabulary of all languages in Punjab. To keep such superiority, Sikh scholars must write books in all Specialties such as Economics, Zoology Space Research, Geology, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Medicine, Engineering, Mental Health, Sociology, Administration Dentistry, Nursing etc. and develop respective terminology. Every specialist should write about in Panjabi in his specialty and publish it. Vocabulary is now needed in all languages which want to survive in the future. Dr Ful’s vision of Panjabi will be fulfilled in this way.
