CHANDIGARH :Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi’s good will and popularity were definitely delining now mainly because he does not have clear cut ideas on sensitive issues, according to the Karnataka Chief Minister, Mr. Ram Krishan Hegde, Inaugurating Janta Party’s ‘Campaign for the coming Municipal Corporation’s elections at Hyderabad. Mr. Hegde said that Mr. Gandhi’s declining popularity was clearly evident from the results of the recent byelections in the Country besides the verdict in Punjab and Assam.
