JALANDHAR: Five militant organizations have issued firm instructions that they would take appropriate action against those who defy the code declaring Sri Amritsar, Sri An and pur Saheb and Sri Damdama Saheb as holy cities. Use and sale of liquor, meat and other narcotics has been totally banned. There will be no cheap literature, dirty films and western dresses etc. No one will be allowed to run beauty parlors. People will have to wear simple Punjabi dress to reflect the glory of Punjabi culture.
