LUDHIANA: Students of the constituent colleges of Punjab Agricultural University today observed a strike in protest against the killing of Gurcharan Singh Channi, Mangal Singh Babbar and three others in “fake” police encounters.
They also organized a rally. Mr. Ranjodh singh, President, AISSF PAU unit, warned the Government against serious consequences if such encounters were not stopped.
