NEW DELHI: President’s rule has been imposed in Goa state and the state assembly kept in suspend animation. ‘The union cabinet at its meeting Dec 14 evening considered one governor, Kurshid Alam Khan’s report and recommended to the president to promulgate c rule in the state.
