NEW DELHI, MARCH 24, REUTER: More than 700 protesters, including women holding babies. Were detained by police on Thursday as they tried to march on the home of Home Minister Buta Singh.
They were protesting against what they said was police brutality against women during an all India general strike called on March 15.
