PATNA: Chandra Shekhar ruled out the possibility of imposing President’s rule in Bihar state at the present.

He was replying to newsmen’s questions at the airport here on his arrival on a private visit.

When his attention was drawn to reports that Pakistan had likened the Kashmir problem to the Palestine issue, the Prime Minister said that Pakistan lacked proper understanding of these different issues.

In reply to another question, he declined to disclose the contents of the message of the PLO leader, Yasser Arafat, brought to him by his envoy recently. Such diplomatic messages were not supposed to be divulged, he said.
