NEW DELHI: More than 300 copies of the book titled, “Violation of Human Rights in Punjab” sought to be brought from London by the Punjab Human Rights Organization general secretary D.S. Gill, were impounded by the Indian government officials at the airport here. This book had been earlier circulated in Punjab. The PHRO said this was contrary to the VP Singh govts claim of following rule of law.
