TAPA MANDI: Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukha Bhau of Khalistan Commando Force in a press release circulated here said that Singh’s organized a “naga” (traffic check) near Bad Rukhan village in Sangrur district the other day. Two “suspected policemen” came by a Bullet motorcycle when they were directed to stop. Instead of stopping, the policemen started firing. ‘The Singh’s replied the fire. There was exchange of fire for 15 minutes. Then one of the two policemen surrendered. On verification, it was found to be S.H.O Krishan Aviar while the other policemen escaped. The Singh’s were taking Krishan Avtar for recovery of arms when some of the policemen attacked the Singh’s to have Knishan Avtar released. But as a result of exchange of fire Krishan Avtar was killed the policemen made good their escape from: the scene Krishan Aviar was wanted by the Singh’s in several cases: of murder, rape and loot.
